I got charged for a toll that I already paid for; what do I do?

If you paid for a toll during a reservation, you'll need to call us at 1-844-HIMAVEN to request reimbursement. Be sure that you have a photo of your toll receipt with the date and time visible.

As a reminder for future reservations, our cars are equipped with toll transponders so you do not need to pay during your trip. You will be charged for the cost of any toll(s) after your reservation.

Note: Members cannot pay for a toll in Onatrio as its electronic and the bill will be sent it to us. Maven will forward the charges to the member int his case.
