What if the car isn't there at my reservation start time?

Once in a while, the previous member may have parked the car nearby, but not where it should be. Try to connect to the car through the Maven app - if the connection is successful, it means the car is close by. Tap the Horn/Lights button to help you locate the car.

If connection to the car is unsuccessful, this means the previous member is running late. Call us at 1-844-HIMAVEN so we can give you an ETA or get you into a different car and on the road.
