What if I am running late or return the car late?

You must return your car at or before your scheduled reservation end time, otherwise you will be charged per hour you are late, plus a late fee. In some cases, you may also lose access to the car.

Sometimes you are able to extend your reservation if no one has reserved the car after you. You can see if an extension is available in the Maven app.

If you are running behind and are unable to extend, call us and let us know so we can notify the next reserving member.
