What if I'm unable to get into the lot or garage to return the car?

Some locations require access codes or passes to enter or exit the garage. Instructions specific to your station will be under Current Trip in the Maven app as well as in your reservation confirmation email.

If you are unable to get into the garage or lot due to another reason (example: the entryway is blocked), call us at 1-844-HIMAVEN so we can direct you to another location to park the car.
