How do I get reimbursed for something that should have been included?

If your reservation included the cost of fuel and you had to cover it, please call us at 1-844-HIMAVEN to request reimbursement within 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to save your itemized receipt with the date and time visible, as well as have your reservation number on hand. (Credit card statements are not accepted.)

For a car wash, we'll reimburse up to $15. Same rules about itemized receipts as above.

For maintenance-related items, do not take the car to a shop or to be serviced. You should instead call us at 1-844-HIMAVEN to note any maintenance-related concerns and we'll handle it.
